By installing or using Lisan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What Lisan is
Lisan is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Your device and your data
You are responsible for your device and for your own backups. We do not hold your data on our servers, so we cannot restore data that you lose.
4. Not a source of religious rulings
Lisan is a counting and reminder tool. It is not a source of religious rulings. Religious texts are shown for convenience only. Please verify them with qualified scholars.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app for abuse or misuse, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its artwork and its code belong to the developer. Dhikr texts are public religious texts.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to the app and these terms
We may change the app or these terms. When the terms change, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling it ends your use under these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
